The best moments of my professional life in radio were my beginnings at Radio Miraflores, sharing music with professionals like Dianita Garcia, Dante Capella, Perico Duran, Enrique Llamosas, Adolfo Sobenes, Renato Sholls, Nelly Mendivil, Toni Marbel, Gerardo Manuel, the great Pedro Roncallo, and in his early days with Jorge Henderson, Hugo Salazar, Sammy Sadofnic, Johnny Lopez, among others. Extracting the notes of another great friend from radio, Juan Carlos Hurtado, who wrote: "If we have to remember such famous DJs, there was one who became so popular that his presence was essential on Diana Garcia's programs. He was Jose 'Chepito' Rios, whom Diana mentioned constantly, and who later developed another talent: radio announcing. 'Chepito' was very popular in the early 80s with a romantic program called Pentagrama on Radio América FM."
